How It Works
Five steps from scan to fixed
Rank Any Site reads your site the way Google and AI crawlers do, writes the fixes from what is really on your pages, and puts them in your page source.
1. Scan
Type your address on the home page. Our crawler, RankAnySiteBot, reads your home page, robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt, then up to 100 pages. Your browser runs the crawl one page at a time, so you watch every page come in. We never fill in forms, log in or read pages behind a password, and we honor a robots.txt block. 2. Review the report
Every page gets a score and a list of what is wrong: titles that are missing, too long or repeated, missing descriptions, heading order, images with no alt text, thin pages, broken links, robots rules that block AI crawlers, a missing sitemap and missing schema. Each issue comes with the fix we wrote for it.
3. Add your facts
AI answers trust what they can check. In the Your Facts tab you add only true things a customer can verify: your license numbers with the board that issued them, insurance, address, hours, founders and profiles. We put them into your schema as credentials, into llms.txt and into a How To Check Us page. We never invent a fact.
4. Install
We detect what your site runs on and recommend the best way in:
- WordPress plugin. Upload, activate, done. Your license key is already inside.
- Cloudflare edge Worker. For any site on Cloudflare DNS. Fixes land in the page source before the page reaches the visitor.
- One line snippet. For site builders with a head code box. Google runs it. Most AI crawlers do not run scripts, so upload the AI files too.
- Files bundle. A head block for every page and every root file, for hand built sites.
5. Keep it current
Sites change. On a plan, Rank Any Site rescans your site every week, writes fixes for new pages, and keeps your score history in WordPress so you can see it move. The first month is $5.
What we will not do
- We never write a fact about your business that you did not give us.
- We never add FAQ schema for questions that are not shown on the page, word for word.
- We never repeat a schema type your page already has.
- We never change your page text. Fixes go in the page head, alt attributes and AI files.
