What we collect

• Scans. The address you scan, the public pages our crawler read and the report we built. Free scans are deleted after 60 days.
• Facts you enter. Business facts you type in (licenses, address, hours). They go into the files we build for that site.
• Plan details. Your name, email, plan, license key and the sites connected to it. Kept while your plan is open and for 7 years after for tax records.
• Payments. Your card goes straight to Authorize.net. We never receive or store the card number. We keep the transaction and subscription numbers.
• Visits. Google Analytics counts visits to this site. It loads after the page is idle and we do not run ad pixels.
• Request data. Your IP address is used for a few seconds to rate limit the tool and is not stored with your scan.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it except with the services that run Rank Any Site: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Authorize.net (cards), Resend (email) and Google Analytics (visit counts).

Your choices

Email us to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. Removing a site from your account deletes its stored scan. California residents have the rights in the CCPA and CPRA, and we honor them for everyone.
